1. Purpose of Service

GetPhishCheck is an online service that allows users to upload email files (.eml or .msg) for manual security assessment by trained cybersecurity analysts. The goal is to help individuals and organizations recognize potential phishing or malicious emails.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the service for personal or organizational cybersecurity awareness only. You must not use it for illegal, commercial resale, or automated data collection purposes.

3. User Responsibilities

• Upload only email samples that you have the right to share.
• Do not include confidential business data or personal messages unless anonymized.
• You agree that the verdicts (“Safe”, “Suspicious”, “Malicious”) are professional opinions, not guarantees.

4. Payment and Refunds

Payments are charged per submission. Because analysis is manually performed, all payments are final once the review begins.

5. Limitation of Liability

GetPhishCheck and its analysts are not liable for damages arising from use of the service or interpretation of analysis results.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Uploaded files are securely stored only for the duration of analysis and automatically deleted afterward. Metadata and anonymized statistics may be retained for service improvement.
